Stay period: prices are for a one-week stay, from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in: from 15:00 to 18:00 (arrivals after 18:00 only upon request and subject to confirmation).
Check-out: from 8:00 to 10:00.
Penalty for late check-out: after 10:00, the security deposit will be retained.
Final cleaning: not included; € 80.00 per stay.
Included in the price: 1 parking space.
Linen: sheets and towels are available on request at an extra cost of € 20.00 per person.
Baby cot: available on request (subject to availability and confirmation) at an extra cost of € 50.00.
Extra bed: available on request (subject to availability and confirmation) at an extra cost of € 30.00 per day.
City tax: not included; € 1.80 per person per day up to a maximum of 10 days. Children under 10 years old are exempt.
Electricity costs: not included; charged separately based on consumption.
Payments: a 50% deposit via bank transfer at the time of booking (non-refundable); the remaining total balance is due upon arrival at the property or can be paid by bank transfer before arrival.
Security deposit: upon arrival, a non-interest-bearing security deposit of € 200.00 in cash is required; it will be returned at departure unless there are damages, missing items, or other charges due.
Apartment handover: at the end of the stay, the apartment must be returned tidy, with dishes washed and rubbish disposed of; otherwise, the security deposit may be retained.
