Terms and Conditions
Stay Conditions
- Stay period: prices are per week, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (arrivals after 6:00 pm onlyon request and subject to confirmation).
- Check-out: from 8:30 am to 10:00 am. For check-outs after 10:00am, the security deposit will be withheld as a penalty.
Services Included
- Parking space: parking space.
- Wi-Fi
Extra Services
- Bed linen and towels: € 20,00 per person.
- Baby cot: € 50.00 per stay (on request and subject to availabilityconfirmation).
- Extra bed: € 30,00 per day (on request and subject toavailability confirmation).
Additional Costs
- Tourist tax: € 1.80 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10days (children under 10 years are exempt).
- Electricity consumption: not included; charged separatelybased on consumption during the stay.
Payments
- Deposit: 50% by bank transfer at the time of booking(refundable up to 60 days before arrival).
- Balance: to be paid upon arrival at the property or by banktransfer before arrival.
Security Deposit
- Amount: € 200.00 in cash upon arrival (non-interest-bearing).
- Refund: upon departure, subject to any damages or missingitems.
Apartment Check-out
- The apartment must be left tidy, with dishes washed and rubbishdisposed of.
- Otherwise, the deposit may be withheld in whole or in part.
